3 bell peppers

2 Good Food Made Simple Steak & Black Bean entree meals

1/4 cup shredded cheese

Optional toppings: cilantro creme, diced avocado, fresh cilantro

Steak & Black Bean Stuffed Peppers are made with only 3 simple ingredients! They make weeknight meals simple, fast and flavorful -- and something that the whole family will love!

Steak & Black Stuffed Peppers
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Cut the top off of the peppers and remove seeds.
  3. Heat the Steak & Black Bean Bowls through until just able to mix.
  4. Evenly divide the steak & black bean bowls between 3 peppers.
  5. Cover and bake for 35-40 minutes or until fork tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Return to the oven (uncovered) until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
