If you’re like us, breakfast food is too good to have just in the morning. Egg whites, spinach and feta for dinner? Yes, please. Pancakes, peanut butter and chocolate chips for lunch? Sign us up. That’s why we’re always excited when September rolls around and we get to celebrate National Breakfast Month. We feel obligated to fully indulge in our breakfast obsession and will be diving into some new and classic recipes all month long. Whether you’re a breakfast connoisseur or a newbie egg eater, we invite you to try one of our favorite recipes.

Salad for breakfast? Eggs for dinner? We don’t believe in any rules! Combine spinach, peeled veggies, lentils and our Egg White Patties for a filling and nutritious meal. Top with your favorite dressing or a little lemon juice, olive oil and fresh pepper.
