2 cups black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup guacamole

2 boxes Chicken Black Bean Bowl, cooked according to directions

1 cup salsa

1/4 cup queso fresco, crumbled

fresh cilantro, if desired

Serve with favorite tortilla chips

  • 2 cups black beans drained and rinsed

  • fresh cilantro if desired
  • tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • Layer all ingredients into a serving dish. From bottom to top: brown rice, black beans, guacamole, Chicken Black Bean Bowls, salsa, queso fresco, cilantro.
  • Serve with tortilla chips for dipping!
