  1. Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise and remove the center. Make sure to leave a 1/4 in on the sides.
  2. Evenly divide the cooked Turkey Sausage Scramble bowls between the potatoe halves.
  3. Top with feta cheese, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately or put into a container and reheat in the microwave for breakfast.

make Ahead Egg White Patty Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches
Instructions
  1. Cook the egg white patties according to package directions.
  2. Place a piece of parchment paper down.
  3. Lay the bottom half of the English muffin into the parchment paper.
  4. Top with ham or Canadian bacon, egg white patty and cheddar cheese.
  5. Finish off with top of English muffin.
  6. Wrap the sandwich in parchment paper.
  7. Repeat until all 5 sandwiches are made.
  8. Place sandwiches into a freezer safe ziplock bag (or an air tight container).
  9. When ready to cook, remove the sandwich from the freezer.
  10. Reheat in a toaster oven or conventional oven. **
  11. Enjoy!

*Feel free to use any variety of cheese. You can also add in veggies such as spinach, sliced peppers or onions.

**They can also be reheated in the microwave. However, they will be soft.

  1. Start by making your guacamole. Add all ingredients, except your salt & pepper to a bowl. Mash until desired consistency. Add salt & pepper, as desired.
  2. Set guacamole aside.

  4. Toast bagels, if desired.
  5. When egg white patties are done cooking, begin to layer your bagels.
  6. Place 1/4 of the guacamole on the bottom of each bagel.

  8. Add fresh cilantro, if desired.
  9. Finish by adding the top half of the bagel.
