Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place your peppers, cut side up on the parchment.

  • Ebenly divide the cooked scramble bowls between the mini peppers.
  • Sprinkle the peppers with shredded cheese.
