9 mini bell peppers, sliced in half and de-seeded

1/3 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
sliced jalapenos, optional

- 9 mini bell peppers sliced in half and de-seeded

- 1/3 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- jalapenos sliced, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place your peppers, cut side up on the parchment.
