Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook Bacon Scramble Bowl according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
Whisk together your eggs and milk.
Lightly oil a cast-iron skillet and place on the stovetop over medium heat.
Add your scramble bowl, tomatoes, and spinach to the skillet. Mix until spinach begins to wilt.
Add in half of your cheese and egg/milk mixture to the skillet.
Mix and then top with remaining cheese.
Place your skillet in the oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until set and golden.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
