Ingredients

  • 1/2 large head iceberg lettuce cut in half again
  • 2 slices bacon cooked
  • 2 slices fresh tomato
  • 1 egg white patty cooked according to package directions
  • 1/4 cup guacamole or freshly mashed avocodo
  • 2-3 ounces sliced turkey breast

Instructions

  • Place sliced turkey breast, guacamole, egg white patty, fresh tomato, and bacon on top of half of the iceberg lettuce.
  • Top with the other half of the lettuce.
