Bacon Scramble Frittata
This Bacon Scramble Frittata is quick, easy and perfect for breakfast or a fast weeknight meal. It can also be prepped ahead of time, too!

- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 Uncured Bacon & Egg Scramble Bowls cooked according to package directions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large bowl, whisk together your eggs and milk.
Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Heat a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
Coat with non-stick spray or oil.
Add in your Uncured Bacon & Egg Scramble Bowl and eggs.
Allow to cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the edges are set.
Place in the oven and finish baking for 15-17 minutes.
Serve immediately or allow to cool, slice and store in a container for a fast meal.
