Ingredients

  • 9 mini bell peppers sliced in half and de-seeded
  • 1-2 Uncured Bacon & Egg Scramble Bowls
  • 1/3 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • jalapenos sliced, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place your peppers, cut side up on the parchment.
  • Cook your Uncured Bacon & Egg Scramble Bowls acording to package directions.
  • Ebenly divide the cooked scramble bowls between the mini peppers.
  • Sprinkle the peppers with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until the peppers are cooked to your liking and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve with slices jalapenos, if desired.
