Ingredients
1boxSouthwestern Veggie Scramble Bowlheated for 2 minutes
1single serveflatbread pizza crust of choice
1/4cupmarinara saucesalsa would work great too!
1/4cupshredded cheese of choice*
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F
Layer the flatbread pizza with marinara sauce (or salsa), the scramble bowl, and shredded cheese.
Bake for 5- 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Add baby arugula to garnish. Slice and serve.
