Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups cooked brown rice warm
  • 2 cups black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 2 boxes Chicken Black Bean Bowl cooked according to directions
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup queso fresco crumbled
  • fresh cilantro if desired
  • tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • Layer all ingredients into a serving dish. From bottom to top: brown rice, black beans, guacamole, Chicken Black Bean Bowls, salsa, queso fresco, cilantro.
  • Serve with tortilla chips for dipping!

Notes

Feel free to add in other layers with items such as corn, sour cream, black olives, etc!
