Give your normal shukshuka recipe a Mexican twist with this quick and easy version using our naturally gluten-free Huevos Rancheros.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Good Food Made Simple Huevos Rancheros
  • 2-3 large eggs

Optional

  • cheese
  • sauce
  • diced purple onion
  • jalapenos

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Open your Huevos rancheros package and place into oven safe skillet.
  • Top with extra sauce and cheese, if desired.
  • Crack 2-3 eggs on top.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes or until desired doneness.
  • Top with diced purple onion and jalepenos, if desired.
