3largebell peppers

1/4cupshredded cheese
Toppings, optional
fresh cilantro
avocado
cilantro creme
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Cut the top off of the peppers and remove seeds.
Heat the Steak & Black Bean Bowls through until just able to mix.
Evenly divide the steak & black bean bowls between 3 peppers.
Cover and bake for 35-40 minutes or until fork tender.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheese.
Return to the oven (uncovered) until cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy!
