Steak & Black Bean Stuffed Peppers are made with only 3 simple ingredients! They make weeknight meals simple, fast and flavorful -- and something that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 3 large bell peppers
  • 2 boxes Good Food Made Simple Steak & Black Bean Entree Meals
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese

Toppings, optional

  • fresh cilantro
  • avocado
  • cilantro creme

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Cut the top off of the peppers and remove seeds.
  • Heat the Steak & Black Bean Bowls through until just able to mix.
  • Evenly divide the steak & black bean bowls between 3 peppers.
  • Cover and bake for 35-40 minutes or until fork tender.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Return to the oven (uncovered) until cheese is melted.
  • Serve and enjoy!
