Savory Bacon French Toast Bake
This Savory Bacon French Toast Bake is loaded with crispy uncured bacon, fluffy eggs, roasted potatoes, and cheddar cheese. This dish is perfect for meal prep or Sunday brunch!

- 1 loaf of french bread
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound fresh asparagus trimmed and cut into 3-4 small pieces
- 3 Uncured Bacon Scramble Bowls
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
Heat each of your three Uncured Bacon Scramble Bowls for 90 seconds each. Set aside.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Coat a 9x13 in baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
Cut your French bread into 1 inch cubes. Place the bread in a large mixing bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together your eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes. Add in your Uncured Bacon Scramble Bowls and asparagus. Feel free to add extra shredded cheese here, if desired.
Pour the mixture into your baking dish. Top with shredded white cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and back for another 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden.
Remove from the oven and serve warm or allow to cool, cut into pieces, and prep for meal prep.
